In the beautiful location of Palazzo Pascal, at our Restaurant Gli Ulivi, just minutes from Ravello, you can discover all the secrets of the typical cuisine of Campania and the Amalfi Coast thanks to our cooking classes. Put your hands in the dough with us and let us take you on a gastronomic journey through the flavors and typical products of genuine Italian cuisine.
Traditional recipes will have no more secrets for you. From gathering the ingredients to finishing the recipe, you will learn all the steps in preparing a traditional Italian menu. You will be able to pick vegetables at zero-miles directly from our garden, follow our chef's instructions for the preparation of the courses, from appetizers to first courses, main courses and desserts, and finally you will be able to taste the dishes you will have prepared.
Our cooking classes are available daily with prior reservation from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm for minimum 2 people up to a group of maximum 10 people.
